In response to his rejection by Earth's [[Legion of Super-Heroes]], a 30th Century [[Bizarro-Superboy]] from [[Htrae]] focuses an imperfect duplicator ray on a monitor picture of said Legionnaires to create his own Legion of Stupor-Bizarros! Bizarro-Superboy leads his new group in trying to beat the original Legion to space emergencies, which the Bizarro-Legion proceed to foul up. Failing this, the Bizarro-Legion then decides to ''create'' emergencies. Finally, [[Superboy]] convinces Bizarro-Superboy to disband the Bizarro-Legion on the condition that Superboy crush diamonds into coal.
