An alias employed by Superman when he is investigating an oil stock fraud. Ramsey buys all the shares from the stockholders and then begins to drill hundreds of yards looking for oil. After stricking black gold, he then refuses to sell the believed worthless stock. Meek and Bronson then contract some thugs to kill Homer Ramsey, but Superman beats them up and sends them back. Disguised again as Homer, he sells back the stock for one million dollars but demolishes the well and sets fire to the oil field. (Act No. 10, Mar 1939)
