An unknown alien chemical stored within Superman's Fortress of Solitude that exists in gaseous form and causes normal human beings to develop extreme criminal tendencies. In August 1966, Perry White upset a bottle containing the chemical, which radically altered the personalities of both himself and Commisioner James W. Gordon, leading them to assume the villainous identities of Anti-Superman and Anti-Batman. (WF No. 159: "The Cape and Cowl Crooks!")
