Formula X-22. An unknown alien chemical that exists in gaseous form and is stored within Superman's Fortress of Solitude. In August 1966, Perry White upset a bottle containing the chemical, which adversely affected the personalities of both himself and Gotham City police commissioner James Gordon, leading to them becoming Anti-Superman and Anti-Batman.
