An unknown alien chemical stored within Superman's Fortress of Solitude that existed in gaseous form and would cause normal human beings to develop extreme criminal tendencies. In August 1966, Perry White upset a bottle containing the chemical, radically altering the personalities of both himself and Commissioner James W. Gordon, and led them to assume the villainous identities of Anti-Superman and Anti-Batman.
