An unknown alien chemical stored within Superman's Fortress of Solitude that exists in gaseous form and causes normal human beings to develop extreme criminal tendencies. In August 1966, Perry White upsets a bottle containing the chemical, radically altering the personalities of both himself and Commissioner James W. Gordon, and leads them to assume the villainous identities of Anti-Superman and Anti-Batman (WF No. 159: "The Cape and Cowl Crooks!").
