Planet inhabited by humanoids who seek refuge from dangerous radiation by living in isolated population groups. The natives of the planet have the powers of elemental transmutation and the sole survivor in the 30th century, Element Lad, is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes (Adv No. 307, Apr 1963: "The Secret Power of the Mystery Super-Hero!"). The chronicles state that residents of Trom are deeply introspective and place no value on the elements they can create, a quality that leads to their downfall at the hands of space pirates.
