A "notorious gang leader" and "ardent wrestling fan" who is brought to justice in August 1962 as the result of an elaborate ruse devised by Superman and carried out with the aid of "famed wrestling star" Antonino Rocca, Krypto the Superdog, Lightning Man and Cosmic Man of the Adult Legion of Super-Heroes (S No. 155/2: “The Downfall of Superman!”).
